EID UL FITR:-

Eid is an important festival of Muslims. Ramadan is the name of a month in the twelve months of Muslims. The month of Ramadan is considered very holy. In Islam, the festival of Eid-ul-Fitr is celebrated on the occasion of observing the new moon after fasting for the whole month of holy Ramadan. It is also popular as a festival of breaking the Rosa. This festival is celebrated at the end of Ramadan.


Bathing in the morning, wearing new clothes, applying fragrant perfumes, eating dates before going to Idgah are the main ones in the rituals of this day. Men usually wear white clothes. White color symbolizes purity and simplicity. On this holy day, a large number of Muslim followers get up early in the morning to gather in the 'Eidgah', a large open ground for special Eid prayers, to offer prayers and prayers.

Prior to the Namaz, all followers perform the ritual of donating a fixed quantity of food grains to the poor, as written in the Quran. Which is called Fitr Dena. Fitr or a charitable gift, which is given in the available of Rosa break. After this, a special Eid and two Rakat Namaz are offered by the Imam. Prayer of namaz in Idgah is for this special festival. In other days namaz is performed only in the masjids.

Why is Eid celebrated:-
According to the Islamic scripture, the Holy Quran, Allah grants a reward to his people one day after fasting the whole month during Ramadan. This tip of Allah is called Eid-ul-Fitr. This festival is celebrated with great enthusiasm all over the world.
Start of celebrating Eid-
The first Eid was celebrated by Prophet Muhammad in 624 AD. This Eid was known as Eid ul-Fitr. Prophet Hazrat Mohammad celebrated this Eid in the joy of victory in the battle of Badr. According to Islamic practice, every Muslim person is required to give alms (zakat and fitra) before offering Eid prayers.
One and a half months after 'meeti Eid', another Eid is celebrated. Whose name is Eid-ul-Azha? Most people also know Eid-ul-Azha by the name of Bakrid and Eid-e-Qurbani. This festival was first started with an incident related to Hazrat Ibrahim.
